Dr. Wilson is an instrument-rated pilot and has flown his plane on Angel Flight missions since 2005. He joined this volunteer organization in an effort to help those devastated by hurricane Katrina. Dr. Wilson flew five missions into southern Mississippi and Louisiana transporting food and medical supplies into and out of this storm-ravaged area. Dr. Wilson received the 2006 Outstanding Pilot Award from Angel Flight of Georgia.

Dr. Wilson has conducted over 300 Laser Seminars in approximately 26 states. Dr. Wilson's "Laser Dentistry: A Dentist's Field of Dreams" and "The Magic of Laser Dentistry… You Can Do Magic" have received a greater than 95% Excellent rating by attendees.

Dr. Wilson later introduced an even more powerful presentation, "The Impossible is Nothing! The Reality of Laser Dentistry." This seminar features numerous clinical videos relative to all facets of Laser Dentistry. The videos are of actual cases Dr. Wilson has completed in his private practice. The presentation has been well received for its practical application by "in-the-trenches" dentists who have learned that the impossible is now routine, thanks to the reality of Laser Dentistry.
