Dr. L. Don Wilson is a 1978 graduate of the University of Alabama School of Dentistry where he received the Operative Dentistry Award. Dr. Wilson has been in private practice for over 30 years in Florence, Alabama. He is a trained instructor and routine user of both the Er,Cr:YSGG and Diode Lasers.

Dr. Wilson holds the Standard Proficiency Certification, Advanced Proficiency Certification, and Educator Status through the Academy of Laser Dentistry. He has also attained his Associate Fellowship within the World Clinical Laser Institute, and has authored articles for Dental Economics and The Incisal Edge. He is the featured clinician in an Erbium Laser Training DVD, Group Practice DVD, and an Oral Cancer Screening Device DVD. In addition, he has co-authored award-winning Laser Dentistry ads that are currently being used throughout the country.

Dr. Wilson has been a featured speaker in such venues as The Star of the South Dental Meeting, the Mid South Dental Congress, the Northern Virginia Dental Society, the Annual International Meeting of the Academy of Laser Dentistry, and the World Clinical Laser Institute Super Symposium.

For several years, Dr. Wilson served as one of the featured speakers for laser training at the renowned Las Vegas Institute (LVI).
